This yummy juice is served to the patients in our clinic at the moment to further strengthen their immune System in times of Covid-19.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (For 1 person):
1 large carrot
2 small pieces of red bet root
1 big handful of salad leaves (use bitter ones for the liver detox – dandelion, radicchio, endive)
1 piece of ginger
1 piece of curcuma
½ lemon with peel
1 handful of berries or other fruits that are in season
1 tsp of linseed oil
1 cup of Green tea (sweetened with honey if you need more energy and you suffer not from diabetes)

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
Press all the vegetables and fruits through a strong blender. Wash out the rest of vegetables and fruits by pouring green tea through the blender. Serve in a nice glass and enjoy every zip and chew it. Only by chewing, you can digest it properly and profit from the nourishing ingredients.

If you have only a machine to prepare smoothies, it is also possible to prepare it but then add minimum 1 large glass of water.

Then you really have to chew the juice 🙂
