So i lost around 35 kg it took me 8-9 months
i kept my calories intake below 2400
some tips for weight loss
*keep calories intake around 2000-2500
*take protein 15-20 gram every 4 hour
*take carbs two time one before morning workout second before evening workout(rice,potato)
*use fat burner only when you are stuck at some point dont start taking fat burner from first day itself as you will loose its effect soon enough
*keep salt intake as minimum as possible
*water intake 3-4 litr
*always take fiber(boiled vegetabels,salad) to prevent constipation from protein intake
*never skip multivitamin as we lack many minerals,vitamin during dieting.
