Welcome to the very first episode of Question Wednesday.

In these videos I would like to talk about topics and questions, that are bothering me or questions that are causing confusion among general population. I took a lot of time to do my own research based on reading books, studies and applying everything on my self for past two and a half years.

Everything I talk about is only my perspective and my advices. I am not a nutritionist, nor a doctor, but these things work for me and that’s why I wanna share it with all of you.

Today’s topic is “VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS”. I talk about my past experience with vitamin supplements and I explain why I think we don’t need to supplement tons of vitamins and why it’s better to get vitamins from an actual food. I also talk about supplementing certain vitamins if you are vegan.

I realize it’s very controversial topic and not everyone will agree with me, which is fine. I’m open to all the feedback and opinions.
