School band liability waiver over COVID-19 gives staff full immunity

So I got this waiver for band camp this year and it gives the staff immunity so that if a student gets COVID-19 and dies or is disabled under no circumstances is the staff responsible EVEN IF it is a result of negligence on the staffs behalf. That is utterly ridiculous and I felt that it should be shared.
