1. Oranges! Up your vitamin C guys! This really helps your immune system.
2.Zin + Vitamin C Tablets (orange flavour). Pour water and drop one tablet in! Have 1 a day!
3.Beetroot juice. We get the organic range from sainsburys. Do your research, so many benefits!
4.Lime with Hot water. You can do this with lemons too. Perfect way to cleanse and remove toxins in your body.
5.Garlic & ginger, boiled and drank like a tea! You can always put this into your food/soups.
BONUS TIP: Salt and warm water, rinse your mouth to kill all the bacteria!
