This week’s video shows you all the supplements and vitamins I am taking during my prep. As I always show you what I eat and what my training looks like, I thought it was important to outline all the supps and vitamins I take.
I have not given huge descriptions on each supplement or vitamin as I am not a nutritionist/dietician, therefore it would be best to research yourself or ask someone who is an expert 🙂 I also did not want to make this video super long 🙂
