As #Coronavirus lockdowns continue to bother us, & social distancing protocols force us to be extra cautious, I’m here to share an extra tip that can help us greatly: fasting! #Fasting is known to improve immune systems & drive out bacteria, so I’m certain that a fasting day, whether 24 hours, 36 hours, or 48 hours, can help us improve our immune systems, sleep better, & save food & money for a few extra days.
