FILLING
5 pieces bacon, chopped to pieces and fried
half of a medium yellow onion, chopped
red, green, orange bell peppers ( I only used a quarter of each bell peppers ), chopped small squares
1 roma tomato, chopped in small pieces
3 button mushrooms, chopped
1/4 tsp seasoned salt (you can use regular table salt)
1/4 tsp pepper
spinach

EGG WRAP
8 eggs
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
swiss cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
