Hi!
My name’s Ali and I’m here to ensure that I keep living a life without limits. In so doing, I’m hoping I can encourage others to do the same.
I’m 28, rocking it in the south of sunny England as a Personal Trainer flexing my brain and muscles to use what I’ve learnt since recovering from both Anorexia and Bulimia to help others to discover the life changing magic of realising you don’t actually want anyone else’s body but your own!
