Ingredients:
1. Lime – 1
2. Turmeric – 1 Tsp
3. Tulasi – 1/8 Cup
4. Peppercorns – 1/2 Tsp
5. Ginger – 2 1/2 inch pc
6. Water – 5 Cup
Note: 1. Close the lid while boiling and while it cools down.
2. Can use fresh turmeric pc.
3. Always have it in on an empty stomach for more benefits.
4. Can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days
