COVID-19, is actually called novel coronavirus. It is a global pandemic virus that spreads frequently, but dont panic!! Here we will discuss the FOODS which boost immunity system to prevent from corona virus.
But first what is immune system??
The immune system helps to protect us against diseases caused by tiny invaders (called pathogens) such as viruses, bacteria, and parasites. The immune system is made up of specialized organs, cells, and tissues that all work together to destroy these invaders. Vitamin C is the best source to boost your immunity system. fruits like Oranges, Guava and lemon are the best sources of vitamin c. you can also get vitamin c suppliments from the pharmacy but the best is food. Iron is the second best source to boost your immunity system. A person specially the pregnant women should not bear iron deficiency.
Beef and meat are the best source to prevent IRON deficiency, meat and pulses are also the best source to get IRON.
zinc is the third best source to boost your immunity system. zinc is also good for hairs and skin. fish and eggs are the best sources of zinc. other than that, you should take balanced diet to stay strong. Dont forget to take milk, yogurt and rice. and last but not the least, take 8 glasses of water daily to prevent from corona virus.
