It works for me! Im 23 and I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome). Since February, I have had really bad back pain.
I started taking these vitamins in addition to taking 4 drops of vitamins D3 by “Live Wise”, 1 tsp of omega 3 by “Nordic Naturals”, and an inositol combo by “Ovasitol” for 2 weeks so far, and I have no back pain, so Im hoping this works long-term.
It comes in a glass jar, which I love; less plastic. I have also experienced more energy, and less migraines. I used to get horrible pressure headaches everyday until i started taking these and I would feel almost lifeless by the 5pm everyday.
I dont take any prescribed medications for PCOS. Just the supplements listed. I havent had a cycle since February too, so Im very hopeful that my cycle will return after long-term use and healthy lifestyle.
I use this brand all the time and typically my vitamins arrive intact. However this bottle was broken and glass was mixed in with the vitamins in the bottom of the box.
It was broken! How disappointing. There’s glass everywhere! But Amazon stepped in an replaced the product free of charge! The replacement was perfect so I updated my review from one to five stars
