This is a great supplement that helps you see some results right away. It definitely boosts your immune system and just helps will overall breathing comfort as well.
I am fan of the natural organic ingredients that go into this supplement. It is also a great source of Vitamin C. It does also work its way with common seasonal allergies etc.
Excellent detox product overall and great value for money.
Obviously it is hard to say what kind of lung improvement is had from these…But I can say that I honestly have felt better and less winded after taking these.
I dont know if that is a result or a mental thing, either way is fine with me and I will continue to use these until I feel otherwise.They do have a slight earthy odor to them and a touch of that same flavor.
But there were no reflux flavors after taking these like some pills give.
