Ingredients for one glass :
•Water – 2 glass
•Tulsi leaves – 4-5
•Dry ginger powder – half tsp
•Cinnamon powder – half tsp
•Clove powder – half tsp
•Black pepper powder – half tsp
(You can separately add all this powder or can mix them as I did)
•jaggery – as per taste
•Black raisins – 5-6
•Cardamom – optional (3-4 or as per taste)
Procedure:
Take a water in bowl
Add all above ingredients as per mentioned quantities
Boil it at low or medium flame
Boil it till remains half i.e. 1 glass
Drink hot
Dosage:
One glass once or twice a day
Note:
Boil less if you are suffering from mouth ulcers & acidity
