Many benefits can come from as simple as a walk outdoors such as, vision improvement, Vitamin D exposure, immune system boost, etc. No you do not need necessarily to run or workout outdoors, as little as a walk or hike will bring maximum benefits. So if the gyms are not open yet, don’t punish yourself inside, get outdoors and stay active. Fitness and health can happen anywhere, not just in the gym.
