I am 25 year old girl from Delhi living with my parents. I want to share my story about how i recovered from corona virus.
Key Points of My Journey:
1. Closely monitor symptoms of corona virus infection.
2. Get yourself tested incase of any symptoms. I did it from Klinc app registered with Nobel Diagnostic (ICMR registered lab)
3. Timely Medicines and Nebulizer/Steam as prescribed by doctor.
4. Hot liquids after every half to 1 hour (Hot Ginger diluted water helpful).
5. One multivitamin supplement with breakfast to get all nutrients as per Recommended Dietary Allowances.
6. Zinc Supplement and Vitamin-C supplement tablet twice a day with major meals.
7. Drink Kadha as recommended by AYUSH Ministry empty stomach daily.
8. One Giloy Tablet daily
9. Betadine gargles 2-3 times a day.
10. Regular monitoring of body temperature after every 1-2 hours.
11. Regular monitoring of oxygen levels by pulse oximeter.
12. Haldi/Turmeric Milk daily (helpful at night for sound sleep)
13. For positivity and mental health 30 minutes twice a day meditation hearing any mantras/music.
14. Keep yourselves engaged, talk to friends and family will help you alot in faster recovery.
15. Very important keep yourself room isolated with strict sanitization and hygiene measures of whatever goes out your room.
