Get ready for a sweaty circuit! In this video I’ll be going through 3 separate rounds of exercises. First round will be 4 cardio exercises, 40 seconds each exercise with a 20 second break in between each exercise. Second round will be another 4 different cardio exercises, 40 seconds each exercise, 30 second break in between. Last round will be 4 ab exercises, 40 seconds each exercise, 20 seconds rest in between each exercise. There will also be a 1 minute break in between each round, pause the video if needed.
Many of us still are required to wear masks, even at the gym. In my opinion, it’s not a safe way to workout. So I will continue to get results at home with these sweaty circuit training workouts. Goodluck!
