hip thrusts superset banded eccentric hip thrusts 10×5
goblet squats 10×3
sumo squats 10×4
rdl’s 10×3
sumo deadlift 10×3
single leg rdl 10×3 each leg
lunge pulses 10×4 each leg
glute bridges 10×4
finishers: frog thrusts & seated band abductions 20×5

also keep in mind i would normally not do this many exercises at once but because its quarantine im not able to lift as heavy so im increasing the volume by doing more exercises, more reps, etc. 🙂
