I am gluten free and vegan and during my time having COVID, I was very strict on my diet and ate no sugar except natural occurring sugars from my plant based foods. On the days I had no appetite and was very sick, I drank green juices, vegan broths, and plenty of water.
I truly believe food can be healing if you are aware of what is nutritious and beneficial for your health.
I believe having a healthy diet helped me overcome COVID.
