My Covid-19 experience and How I prevented myself from getting the coronavirus.
All my family members got covid – 19 and I prevented myself with the help of home remedies and yoga pranayams which I practiced daily.
First part is my story and experience of Covid-19 and how rapidly it spreads.
All my family is safe now .
Second part of the story is the 7 ways i prevent myself from getting Covid-19.
7 Ways
1)Warm Water thrice a day
2)Acidic Water Gargling (2.5 ph)
3)Steam Inhalation (Twice a Day)
4)Washing vegetables and fruits with Acidic Water to remove the toxins.
5)Drinking turmeric Milk (Once at Night)
6)Vitamin C added to my diet. I did not fast and I eat healthy food.
7)3 Pranayams
a)Equal Breathing
Amount of inhalation should be equal to the amount of exhalation.
Practice Equal Breathing 10 times a day

b)Inter-coastal Breathing
Increasing your lung capacity
Inhale air in your chest area
Practice Inter-coastal Breathing 10 times a day

c)Shallow inhalation & Forceful Exhalation from your nose
Mild inhalation , shallow inhalation and force
Practice Shallow Inhalation 10 times a day.
