Dr Tim shares simple self-care strategies against disease:
1) Move: Exercise oxygenates our body, boosts immunity, and relieves stress, so your body becomes an inhospitable host for any disease germs.
2) Ensure you get sufficient good-quality vitamin C.
3) Get into the sunshine every day for your dose of vitamin D which is important for your immune system
4) Get sufficient sleep and manage stress
5) Get more natural greens and enzyme-rich live foods into your diet.
