Welcome back to my channel. Folks have asked me about vitamins – whether I like them and take them. Yes, I love them. Yes, I take them. However, I’m not loyal to any one brand.
The brand I buy depends on the store I’m in. Most of the vitamins and mineral supplements in this video come from Trader Joe’s. The digestive supplements came from Whole Foods. Together, these vitamins, minerals and compounds support my hair, nails, body and spirit.
