Corona virus dies in 15 minutes at 56 degrees C:
Vitamin D is considered a “seasonal stimulus” by R. Edgar Hope-Simpson, the British practitioner and self-educated epidemiologist who discovered that influenza epidemics in temperate latitudes were most intense in the months following the winter solstice. He found that seasonal exposure to sunlight has a strong hormonal impact on the human immune system and during the “influenza season”, vitamin D levels were lowest but at peak levels when influenza is rare.
Since, scientists have discovered that vitamin D improves immune function on many parameters. It has anti-inflammatory and immune modulating effects; improving the balance of immune cell and proclamatory cytokine production. Vitamin D also stimulates the production of AMPs, such as defensin and cathelicidin, which are the bodies endogenous antibiotics that not only directly destroy microbial pathogens, but also viruses, including the influenza virus.
