Hey lovely people! I’ve created a custom 1 month challenge to torch fat and develop muscle.
These workouts are follow along and I will be there throughout the workout with you!
This program is beginner friendly and can be performed by someone at any level or any gender. The best part is you can do this at the comfort of your home and do not require any sort of equipment!
I will be releasing 3 videos a day, Monday , Wednesday and Friday, along side I will also be releasing videos on health tips, nutrition and healthy recipes you can make at home.
The days that you are not performing my workout I would like to you to do some cardio, this could be running, jogging, skipping , cycling etc.
In order to make this program effective you must also eat clean and well
