I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and as long as I take Biotics B12 everyday I experience no suffering, inflammation or swelling at all.
Ive been taking these while I breastfeed and I think its a good move. They taste great. I take them after all my other vitamins because they leave a nice taste in my mouth.
I combine these with fermented cod liver oil, an organic postnatal, and fenugreek. I notice a huge difference in my milk when I do that combo.

Biotics makes a point to formulate their products for absorption. Ive used these for energy and after drinking too much. Ill take 3-4 at a time if Im really drained or not feeling good.
Great boost. I have noticed that I cant do that late in the day or it will keep me up at night. Absolutely great for anyone who hates pills. Just let these dissolve under the tongue.
This is one of the few multi-vitamins that I take and the effect is pronounced. I can always tell when my B complex is down, as my energy level starts to fade off before the end of the day.
