So here’s my Covid19 story Part 2!

14 days Self quarantine survival

1. Let the barangay officials (Kagawad) know about your situation. So they can help you on your needs.

2. Disinfection. Whatever nahahawakan mo specially pera, spray lagi ng alcohol.

3. Clean eating. Veggies, fruits and white meat. Wash your food using water and salt.

4. Dishwashing properly using bleach. Dishwashing liquid, water and mixed with bleach. (But be careful, dapat konti lang kasi matapang din ang chlorox. I have a product to share with so watch until the end of this video).

5. Wash hands and body using soap 1 min for hands, then alcohol and 5 mins for the body.

6. Vitamin C. Stop using synthetic vitamin C(can possibly trigger kidney stone). Use fruits and veggies to get vitamin C naturally or use an organic food supplement.

7. Suob (Steam). Water, salt and menthol liquid. Inhale through nose and exhale to the mouth. Morning and night.You have to close your eyes.

8. Ginger, lemon and honey water. Use this as your main water. Big help with cough and colds. Helps you boost your immune system.

9. After 14 days, get yourself tested again to know if you are already negative with Covid19.

10. Don’t forget to meditate and pray to get well soonest. Perfect time for Me time with the Lord!🙏😇Thank you for watching and God bless!
