Third day of 100 pushup 100 pull up challenge, I go over how I feel on my third day of the challenge, I also talk about my changed suntanning habits. I always use to think that as long as you get D vitamin then you don’t get any extra benefits from getting sun exposure, but after few compelling evidence showing videos I realised that there might be benefits from getting some sun exposure other than D vitamin. Who knows research is not always right especially with population studies where there might be multiple hidden factors. So yeah! If you decide to tan start with super low exposure dependant on your skin. I think key thing with those videos is still even if sun exposure is good, never over do it.

I also mentioned my scapular winging issue, that has been issue for long time, it takes a lot of time and effort to correct. I might do video about it in future.
