Ingredients of the recipe:

• Water – according to the number of cups.
• Ginger – grated or ground
• Turmeric (Haldi)
• Cinnamon (Dalchini)
• Cloves (Lavang)
• Black pepper
• Cardamom (Elaichi)
• Mint leaves – any variety, freshly washed and roughly chopped
• Tulsi – Powder / Fresh leaves – if available
(I have used tulsi green tea powder here)
• Lemon
• Sweetner – Jaggery or Honey (as per your taste)
