BUTTER 20 G

GARLIC 2 CLOVES
GROUND BEEF 150 G
GROUND PORK 150 G
RED DRY WINE 100 ML
1 TOMATO
TOMATO PASTE 40 G
RICOTTA 150 G
PARMESAN 150 G
1 EGG
PARSLEY 20 G
BASIL 20 G
LASAGNE 10 LAYERS
MOZZARELLA
BAKE
200°C / 400°F
25 MINUTES

PREPARATION
Fry the chopped onion, carrot, celery in butter and olive oil
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the cut garlic and brown the ground beef and pork
Cook the mix in red dry wine
Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stir
For the other filling mix ricotta, shredded parmesan, egg, parsley, basic and mix
Start assembling the layers of the beef and pork mixture, then lasagna layer, then ricotta
parmesan mix
Repeat the layers two more times
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C / 400°F

QUINOA 200 G
CHICKPEAS 200 G
1 CARROT
BROCCOLI 100 G
PUMPKIN SEEDS

PREPARATION
For the dressing mix the olive oil, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, black pepper
For the second dressing mix the hummus, lemon juice, olive oil and water
Place the cut spinach in a large bowl, add the pre-cooked quinoa and chickpeas, chopped
carrots and broccoli
Pour the first dressing and stir
Serve with the second dressing on top and pumpkin seeds
