Quit eating like crap💩!!!!
When you take in pro-inflammatory foods you create inflammation in cells in your body which manifest as joint/muscles pains, ‘diabesity’, allergies, skin reactions, and so many more.
So what foods cause this pro-inflammation? Things that include refined flours, sugars, and omega-6 fatty acids, such as: fried foods🍕🍟🍔, desserts🍦🎂🍩, dairy🥛🧀, beer🍺 and liquor🥃 just to name a few. Sure every now and again these are okay to have as long as you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle with nutrition🥗 and exercise🏃🏽♂️🏋🏼♀️. To say I never eat or drink these is a complete lie and I’m not going to do that to you. However, when I have those foods I notice my body reacts the next day with soreness, congestion, headaches, or other systemic responses🤧🤕😷.
So what should your diet include? Give yourself those anti-inflammatory foods such as veggies🥦🥒🥬, fruits🍎🍊🍓, lean meats🥩🍗🥓, fatty fish🍣, nuts and seeds🥜, red wine🍷, etc. that have natural forms of the vitamins and supplements our whole body loves. Cook with good fats(olive, avocado oil, ghee), include lots of spices(salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic), add some Magnesium, Vitamin D, Calcium, Potassium, etc.
