NOTE: This video was recorded on Monday and today is Wednesday so my symptoms are little to none right now. It’s amazing how this virus can transform from what you’re seeing in me in this video versus how much better I feel now.
Feeling sick is never easy. But when you throw a “foreign” illness in the mix things get more complicated.
In this video, I aim to briefly share my experience (and stay separate from the many similar stories on Youtube that slightly idealizes this terrible condition) in hopes of giving an honest review of my walk.
I also offer some insight on the testing and what I used to aid in my healing.
