These supplements are complete waste of money and do not lt anyone convince you that you need these supplements to prevent muscle loss or to help in muscle recovery. People have so many myths and so many questions about whey protein, bcaa, fat burners, testosterone boosters etc. Are Bcaa useful? Do you need BCAA?? Do BCAA prevent muscle loss? Is glutamine useful for muscle recovery? Whether you are looking for supplements for fat loss or supplements for muscle building, and confused that do you need supplements?
