The process is very simple and easy to cook.You can serve this Chutney with roti / steamed rice. Which will help you to boost your immune system

I have used very less ingredients to make it.

Tomato: Source of Vitamin C
Garlic : Very helpful for immune system
Green Chilli: Source of Vitamin C
Coriander Leave: Rich in immune-boosting antioxidants

Process Details:

1- Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai/pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and cook until the garlic is light golden in color.

2 – Now add chopped tomatoes with garlic.
Then add salt to taste and stir.

3 – Cook for around 2 – 3 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. 

4 – Let it cool down a bit and then transfer to a kettel.
5 – Again add salt, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and add half spoon mustered oil.

6 – You can use potato smasher to mix it as I did.
