Today I am going to show an instant Energy Drink called Beetroot and Banana Smoothie.

Step1: Take a mixer, add 1 chopped beet root, 1 chopped banana, 3 chopped seedless dates, 1 tspn of flax and sabja (basil) seeds, 2 tspns of honey and 1 glass of milk.(Can add boiled/cooled as per your choice)

Step 2: Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth juice out of it.

Step 3: For enriching the taste I am using chocolate syrup for garnishing the glass. Serve it.
