Ok photo 1 is at 3m pp, photo 2 is about 2 weeks after taking the biotin gummies, and photos 3&4 is after a full bottle of the gummies and right now I’m 5m pp.
I had issues with ingrown hairs and have literally cried everytime I shaved my legs until now. 2 weeks into taking these and I can shave like I was in my 20s again.
Really never thought it possible. My hair has volume and I only need to wash once a week. Im never letting this bottle get empty.
I had to wait a while before I could give this a proper review and see if it actually had some effect. The gummies are yummy! Like others have said, they can be tempting to eat like candy.
I take 2-3 each day. The first thing I noticed was how my nails looked, they did not easily chip and break like they had before and appeared to be whiter.
Also, my metabolism has peaked!! I’m always hungry. So yeah, it definitely “supports healthy metabolism”. My hair was the main reason I got this.
