Antioxidants are important in a skin care routine to protect the skin cells from damage and collagen loss. They can help to encourage new cell and tissue growth and help the skin to look younger! Here are two tips on how to get the most anti-aging benefits from topical antioxidants. Paula’s Choice skincare research says that antioxidants work better when they are used together, so using multiple antioxidants on the skin is most beneficial. Dr. Neal Schultz (dermatologist) says antioxidants need to be applied at night to absorb the free radicals from skin cells.
I’ve been using 2 antioxidants at night and in the morning as well (gentle enough to use on nights that I dermaroll as well). The green tea antioxidant I use is:

and the Vitamin C antioxidant I apply right after the green tea product is the La Roche-Posay Active C10: (vitamin c helps to build collagen and fade dark spots hyperpigmentation to even the skin tone)
