Dates: these are very beneficial as they are high in fiber, very nutritious, good for brain health, rich in vitamins and magnesium which is very good for our health, bones and muscles.
Seasame Seeds, these are also very nutritious and good for overall health, good for digestion, relief constipation, boost skin health, bone health, they have healthy fats and proteins which is good for immune system, hormonal issues and control blood sugar as well.
Just cut half date and remove the seed from inside and take 1/3 Tsp Seasame seeds and fill the date with it, take 2 dates in a day, if you are a diabetic patient just take one date a day.
