• TRANS-RESVERATROL:
1 gram in the morning with yogurt only on rest days

• SULFORAPHANE:
30mg of glucoraphanin & myrosinase supplement (gets converted in your body to ~10mg sulforaphane) only on rest days

• METFORMIN:
1 gram at night only on rest days
Prescription medication
• VITAMIN D3:
50,000 UI every fortnight depending on season and blood test levels
