Change continue intentionally and unintentionally, eating healthy and keeping fit.
It can be messy when descaling the fish, this is why I do this under running tap water.
I throw away the head,
I make sure that I thoroughly run water and clean all scales,
Once clean, it is easy to cut through the skin.
I use a bigger, sharper knife to cut reasonable pieces.

Did you know that salmon has some very impressive health benefits? I gathered a couple of them, inline with my lifestyle:
1)- Salmon is a great source of Protein- my body requires protein to heal the bones and prevent muscle loss.
2)- Salmon is high in vitamin B which is excellent source needed for energy production.
