Since the treatment for Covid-19 infection is not optimal at this time and since we have not found an effective vaccination yet, we have to rely on proven preventive measures in addition to home confinement, wearing masks and observing social distancing.
In this presentation, I will discuss what we can do that is simple to follow which will protect us from Covid-19 infection and even if we get the infection, how to prevent hospitalizations and death based on the research and studies that were done in the past few months.
