My 5 year old daughter loves it! She likes the taste and it’s gummy..!! I like what it does for her. She hasn’t gotten really sick this past winter. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not thu.
These gummies tastes great. Whether they do anything, is up for debate… Like with any supplement, it’s difficult to tell if it actually helps at all.
I am skeptical that they do anything. It may have helped shorten my sickness by taking it but I still got sick this winter despite taking the religiously.
My wife works in a hospital and also takes them everyday during flu season and believes it is one of the things that prevents her from getting sick.
There is research that states elderberry may help shorten or prevent flu and some sickness but they can’t quantity how much it can help.
