If you guys are experiencing same symptoms as me like losing your sense of taste and smell , DO NOT PANIC! Be observant in everything you feel.
I’ll be giving you some tips that I did to boost my immune system and to get back my sense of taste&smell,
*** Lemon & Ginger water as your normal water everyday.
*** Vitamin C (Poten-cee) are mine, you can also take multi-vitamins but it’s still up to you if what vitamin that suits you.
***Eat fruits & Vegetables of course. No explanation.
***Always add egg in your meal.
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B, it’s also a rich source of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
