Some tips from Ayurveda and yoga, to boost immune system, refresh our homes and balance our mind. Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent.

As Covid-19 (conronavirus) spreads, specialists are advising us to maintain strong immune system and keep a positive mind. Hence, with help from my husband, I produced this video to share some tips with friends, family and anyone open to natural medicine.

I am a Ayurveda therapist and an Art of Living Happiness Programme teacher. I also specialise in climate change communication. My goal here is to help connect people, food and nature for our healing.
