My name is Tsvetty and I’m a social work student, psychology nerd, and I also have a comorbidity (a mix) of anxiety and mood disorders. I created Mental Health Memo as a way to share knowledge I have learned about mental illness through my formal education in social work, casual psychology studying, and lived experience in hopes to educate, inspire, comfort, and support others.
