I have recently damage my knee joint (bone damage) which was the reason why I decided to buy this particular supplement – my own decision. I always take with some food i.e.
at breakfast as per the recommendation. convenient six month supply at the recommended dose level. No noticeable benefits in m energy levels but do to my dietary habit a little extra calcium, vitamin D, Zinc etc.

Very good product. We bought this vitamin complex for our daughter but almost instantly we start to take them too. Can’t give you any info about the quality as we started two days ago but we hope that is going to do the job.
I got mine delivered earlier today and had my first dose straight away. It is a big bottle, i have taken pictures along side kenco coffee jar for prospective.The table is fairly large but I have seen larger from solgar.
I had no problem swallowing it, again I have taken a picture with 1 pence, hopefully it will give you an idea of the size.I wont go into too much what these supplements are for as if you are looking for these you know what these do.But just in case if you have just browsed ed and wondering :Calcium and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and help maintain normal bones and teeth.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of Calcium and normal blood Calcium levels as well as maintenance of normal bones. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails and skin.
