More than anything else, this video is an attempt to educate and to raise awareness that when it comes to our health, being proactive is in our best interest. We cannot afford to sit down and do nothing. We cannot wait for those droplets to come from whatever direction they do and infect us, we need to be doing the things that will help protect us, our health, that of our family members, friends and such. As we face this Coronavirus pandemic and other diseases it is essential that we pay attention to the things that will help us have a strong immune system. Our immune system is our best defense tool against diseases. It never sleeps. It works in our defense whether we are aware of it or not. Those “small soldiers” living inside our gut, they are ready to fight the invaders we encounter in our daily lives. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the foods we eat and the things we touch are filled with viruses, bacteria, parasites, and other things that can make us sick. As I discuss some of the tips in this video and the things we can do to strengthen that immune system, you will see, that it is not extremely hard. It is a matter of being aware of what can strengthen it and what can weaken our immune system.
