I haven’t done a what I eat in a day vlog for a while and since I’m spending so much time at home I thought I’d record the quick and simple meals I’ve been enjoying.
With a toddler to look after and work to do these are my go to simple meals that feel nourishing and taste amazing.
I’m also sharing the supplements I’ve been taking daily to stay well.
