Excellent natural protein source.
Contain many vitamins minerals and nutrients.
Excellent source of sulfur which is a abundant mineral found in the body and highly needed for several body functions including collagen synthesis for hewlthy hair, skin and nails.
Dr. Rhonda Patrick (who is a dietary genius in my opinion) promotes eggs as an excellent food source and the many benefits from various micronutrients including choline, leutin and zeaxanthin.
It’s important to select good quality eggs, pasture raised, cage-free, organic, if at all possible.
