I started taking the elderberry capsules when I had a head cold and my head cold lasted half the time as it has in the past. Adding the capsules to my daily routine has been very easy. I have also noticed my muscles feel less stressed after working out.
I have Primary Immune Deficiency. I am currently healthy. But this week I started to feel a possible bug trying to attack. I was so excited to see SR made this product that incorporated the three major bug zappers.

As soon as they launched this product, I bought 2 and I’m so happy I did as it sold out! I love that this is the form of a pill so I don’t have to take in extra sugar/carbs like I did from other Elderberry products I’ve used in the past in gummy form.
