Immunity Drinks

A drink to enhance your immune system and strengthen your body’s defence mechanism to fight against various illnesses and for a healthier lifestyle

Ingredients

Dhaniya/ Coriander seeds 2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Pepper 1tsp
Ginger 5 – 6 slices
Salt to taste
Lime juice

Method

Heat 1 litre of water in a pan

Add dhaniya, jeera, pepper, sliced ginger and allow it a boil

Boil until it reduces to half the Quantity

Switch off the flame and strain

Add lime juice, a pinch of salt and serve
